You can delete your CityTour AI account directly in the app: 1. Open Profile 2. Open account settings 3. Choose Delete account 4. Confirm deletion

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email: [email protected]

If possible, write from the email address connected to your CityTour AI account. If you only used a guest account, include any available information that helps us assign the request safely, for example approximate account creation date, device used, a screenshot from the profile or purchase/order information. We may require additional verification before deleting account data.

When an account is deleted, the following is deleted or anonymized in particular: - account and profile data - private tours - wallet and credit balance - app-specific user data linked to the account - stored device or push tokens, where technically assignable - reviews, reports and creator references, unless retention reasons apply

The following data may be retained for longer where required: - billing, store, RevenueCat, tax and ledger data - fraud prevention, security, legal and support data - records of explicit consent to paid digital services - data required to keep already purchased public tours available to existing buyers

Public tours are removed from the marketplace when the account is deleted. If other users have already purchased a public tour, it may remain available to those buyers; the creator reference is removed or anonymized.
